GEORGE SAMARJIAN
Managing Partner
George oversees the firm’s investment strategy, directs operations, and leads efforts in sourcing and structuring investment opportunities. George has been active in real estate since 2008, with extensive experience in the development, management, acquisition, and disposition of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets.
In 2016, he co-founded Lineaire Group, a real estate development and investment firm, where he was responsible for acquisitions, investor relations, and executing the firm’s investment strategies. George holds an M.B.A. from I.E. Business School in Spain and a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami.
Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Vice President at EMS, an international relocations company, where he led real estate and client housing services operations, as well as the company’s business development and marketing departments.
